Great Service

Jason was fantastic. He kept me informed, always returned my calls, gave me options for my case and was very professional. My personal injury case was settled within 6 months which was much quicker than I anticipated. I would definitely recommend Jasone Stone.

Very pleased with my settlement!

I was injured in a slip and fall incident at a North Shore Mall in 2006. I went to Jason Stone Injury Lawyers because of their reputation for being persistent, aggressive and enthusiastic. The insurance company for the mall did everything to cast doubt as to the validity of my claim. They refused ...to accept the blame for causing the wet condition on the floor that caused me to slip. I even had a witness that saw everything happen. Attorney Stone tried to settle the case without filing a lawsuit, but when the offer was way too low, we had no choice. Finally, after a long fight, and less than a month before trial, Attorney Stone was able to get me an offer that was almost six times their initial offer. He kept me informed every step of the way and spared no expense to help me prove my case. Not only did he know what was happening with my case, but the other attorneys and case managers were also equally well informed and everyone was available and friendly. I would highly recommend Jason Stone Injury Lawyers. I believe he and his firm did everything possible to get me as much money as possible, as quickly as possible. I feel like nothing was left on the table. He was easy to get in touch with, responsive to my calls and emails, and made sure he covered all of the bases. While I hope I never get hurt again, if I do, I would definitely hire Jason Stone Injury Lawyers to represent me.

Very helpful

I was in two accidents and they helped me with both. The people of Jason Stone were very helpful and stuck with me through both of my cases. They called me often and sent me letters to keep me up-to-date and make sure I got the paperwork done on time. They made sure I received every bit of money I de...served. They made sure all of my bills were paid without much hassle. I really recommend them because I think they are really passionate about what they do and it shows.

Will NEVER recommend to Anyone!

I have gone through so many lawyers in so many case manager the turnaround is ridiculous I should have already had my money by now now they keep giving me excuses saying the insurance company hasn't paid it out yet it was supposed to be paid Monday and this day in the next day we're already after eve...rything I have gone through my family has gone through the surgeries and the torture I have endured the loss of a lot due to the accident I was in I don't think I got a fair shot and I'm still waiting my money should have been here today or tomorrow they told me now they say Friday but they're still not sure at the insurance company supposably hasn't mailed it out yet I keep getting the runaround from everybody I've not yet since I've been here with this firm got a complete Strait final answer and had it come true I definitely do not believe after everything my family and everybody has gone through got the money that we should have gotten I feel that everybody else was paid much better than we were they don't care that my electricity has to be shut off and I'm on respiratory machines they don't care I have not had one case manager nor attorney have good bedside manner towards me except for one attorney Dan Cody he was good don't know where he went or what happened to him

Dear Anonymous, I'm sorry there is a delay receiving your settlement check. There are many reasons why insurance companies delay issuing payment. Given I am unsure of your identity, I cannot explain the actual reason. However, I can assure you that our goal is, and always has been, to get our clients as much money as possible, as quickly as possible. I promise we will continue to work on getting the insurance company to issue payment for you, and all of our clients.

Run from Jason Stone, whoever he is

First of all, run, I had Jason Stone 6.5 yrs, 4 different attorneys and a Sean Jonas for my litigation attorney. Please run from all of them, and in 6.5 yrs I was never introduced to this person Jason who seemed not interested in meeting me a client. I was told he knew about my case, who I was but n...ever met me, in, 6.5, years. I had 2 knee surgeries and never ever heard from them, my 2nd was knee replacement. I never ever received a call from them while in the hospital and rehab. Don't believe they call you back, I sometimes went 3 or more weeks before I'd call them or maybe they'd call me. I yelled at Sean once, I was upset after 6 yrs and nothing was done yet. I apologized and Sean said, I don't accept your apology and don't, you, ever, yell at me again! During my 2 three hour depositions Sean read a book and a paper and said you did OK and also while being deposed sternly said Let, Him, Speak! Finally we had a court date and waited a year but, I found out after I called them. And then Sean kept telling me if you go to Court, you will lose. I was also told if I go in front of the Jury they will turn you down, you will turn to me and say, WHAT THE F#%K SEAN, WHAT THE F#%K?? I said no Sean, I don't need to use that word! After saying he would go for $435.000_for a demand it came down to me getting $7.000 more than Stone did in the end of my settlement, pretty pitiful after 6.5 years of waiting. So please please please, find a law firm that will work with you and please, not Jason Stone, whoever he is. As I said I don't know who he is because he had no interest in meeting me, his client of 6.5 years. Yes they were nice to talk to, seemed concerned but in the end I felt I was a case they wanted to get rid of. Sean just wanted to settle and I had to ask for the last 5000 after Sean said what their final offer was. In closing, I would not recommend this law firm to my worst enemy. And I even did a commercial for them and met his wife, she was very nice to everyone. But please Jason? Do not respond with an apology because if I wasn't important enough as a client then you do not need to contact me now, please, don't. I earned only 7.000 more than you after 6.5 yrs as a client that you never bothered to contact or meet. So again, no need at all, to respond because, after 6.5 yrs I have no idea who you are.

George, when you called us 20 months after your injury, you told us that no law firm would represent you. We decided to try to help you. After nearly 6 years, a whole lot of work, and with a trial date one month away, we were finally able to secure a reasonable settlement offer for you. Attorney Joanis acted in your best interest and reminded you of the significant risks and challenges we would encounter trying to prove your case to a jury. It was for these reasons you accepted the settlement offer. If the facts of your loss were stronger, we would have been able to get you more money, but, unfortunately, we cannot change the facts. We took a risk representing you and it is disappointing that this is the appreciation we got in return. We wish you the best.
