Very good Lawyer

Jason Stone Injury Lawyers Review

I had used Jason Stone for a Workers Comp case and was very pleased with the way my case was handled and my settlement. So when I filed for Social Security Disability I immediately called them. They were very knowledgeable and were right on spot, I won my case.

Aggressive and diligent Attorney that cared about me and my wellbeing and got me a great settlement

From the moment I first spoke to Attorney Stone, I knew that he was the attorney I needed to handle my case. I had bitten into a metal screw that was in a pizza and fractured my tooth. Attorney Stone immediately told me what I needed to do to protect myself from the insurance company. He notified ...the restaurant immediately, handled all of the telephone calls and paperwork and got my medical records. Since I was pregnant at the time, I was unable to get the imaging done that I needed. Instead of pressuring me to settle the case before I had fully realized my injuries, he encouraged me to wait to settle the case to make sure that I had healed. He was right. After I got the results of the imaging the insurance company for the restaurant extended a settlement offer. When I wasn't satisfied with the offer, he immediately filed a lawsuit against the restaurant. Before we ever had to go to Court, the insurance company increased the offer to where I was happy. The case settled, I got my money within two weeks, and, most importantly, I was able to get better without sacrificing the value of my case. He was so pleasant to deal with, I would recommend him to anyone.

THE RUN AROUND

Jason Stone has 4.8 rating, claims to do medical MALPRACTICE. Speak with their paralegal ZOHAH who seemed to want to take this case and is urgent. Demands a bunch of paperwork and then we are not only turned down over idiotic STIPULATIONS over a previous attorney that has a lean on a witness she obta...ined herself, but when I call back to talk with Jason another paralegal answers says Zohah has left the lawfirm and I couldn't speak with Jason because they do slip and fall and car accidents. HOW IN THE WORLD IS THIS A MEDICAL MALPRACTICE? SEEMS THEY CANT EVEN HIGHER PROPER PARALEGAL WORKERS ...... I GOT AN ATTITUDE AND WAS HUNG UP ON. 4.8....... Take medical mal off your list and hire correct staff! -Tyler
