When first hired them I was treated like oh it's all about you getting well and we will handle everything else we will stay in contact with you biweekly that all lasted for a month or to then I would call wait a few days for reply then I was promised oh we should be getting the max the policy pays wo...w a whole 20k but nope then we wait and wait then in dec told we should settle within 45 days nope once again then in feb told it was under review in ins companies dept and should be done in 2 weeks then no contact again unless I call over and over then I get a call and girl Anna that was handling everything leaves get a different job the they assign me a new guy named jack he don't know crap about me case but says I'm taking over for Anna he says oh ya it's in review at ins company should here in a week or two well no responses again then at end of April I finally get call they say on Thursday may 4 stay by your phone we should settle that day if you like there offer well all day I wait no calls today I call ask for Steve Atkin instead sent to this guy jack I ask him why no call he says I don't know and I guess you will need to come to Boston and then maybe we can file in court I said listen the court we need to file in is 5 mins from my house why do I have to get a ride into boston to file the papers his reply I don't know I will have Steven Atkin call you back shortly still waiting no calls so I would say be careful who you hire it seems like once they found out the most coverage the other driver had was 20 thousand I was put aside like I don't matter this shouldn't be to hard a case considering I was stopped at a light and hit from behind was told it won't be a problem but now not much for them to gain so I go on back burner like I don't matter I'm so upset I feel like now they just want to dump the case because there not gonna make a lot I'm the guy that was out of work for months and had no income and ruined my credit because I couldn't pay all my bills without income nice ha
