Michelle Newton and Courtney

I highly recommend jason stone injury lawyers. I worked very closely with Michelle Newton and her assistant Courtney to file disability. They filed for me in March and I received my first check in September. They kept me updated the whole way via email and phone, and we're very thorough with my case.... I would highly reccomend them for legal matters. -Danielle d.

Professional Office!

I had the pleasure of working with Jason Stone Injury Lawyers and I was satisfied with their service and knowledge. I was kept informed of updates as they came about. They were able to get me a good settlement for my car accident! I highly recommend this law office!

Would hire again

Attorney James was recommended to me by a friend when I got involved in a car accident in 2014. He and his team worked efficiently from the very beginning. After the first contact, I was reassured that the only thing I had to do was take care of myself, including seeing doctors. For the next couple o...f months, they kept me posted where the case was and kept asking if I was fine. I could feel they really cared for me. When it came to the final ingociation part, Attorney James gave me several choices and explained them in details. And he worked super hard for my interest once I made my own choice. I could not be happier with the process and the result. They are the most proffesional and kindest legal team ever. I would highly recommend them.

afraid to go to trail

Jason said all the right things at first. I even fell for that "you worry about getting better" line. in the end ,the days leading up to trail all he did was beg and plead me to take the offer. He even had 2 other Attorneys try to get me to accept the offer. I reminded him that the other van hit me, ...that the other driver was cited for driving without a license, that the doctor JAson told me to see said I needed spine fussion because of this accident. Finally It was 4 days before trial and he's trying to get me to take the offer and I said no. I said if you spent all the time and effort in trying to get me to take the insurance Co offer and used it to prepare for trial I would feel a lot better. He then told me to find another lawyer.....4 days before trial. He's a real class act.

Dear Mark, I apologize in advance, as I am not sure who you are. I have gone through a list of clients that have, or have recently had, a trial date, and I cannot find anyone named Mark for many years. That being said, I do not take your review lightly. We are always trying to give the best advice to our clients with the hope, and expectation, that we will be able to get them well compensated to everything they have had to experience due to no fault of their own. Hopefully, you received the medical care that you need in order to fully recover from the effects of the collision, whether it was with one of the doctors that I have recommended based on my clients' feedback, or someone else. Equally important, please understand that one who drives without a license is not necessarily responsible for causing the crash. If you were stopped in car without a license and got rear ended, that would not make you responsible for causing the crash. In cases where it is not clear who is at fault for the crash, often it makes more sense to settle the case than go to trial. As the person bringing the claim, it is up to us to prove that the other person's negligence caused your need for surgical fusion. If we cannot prove this, then we would lose at trial and you would receive no money. We are hired to give advice to our clients. It is our job to be honest and truthful with our clients, even if they need to hear an opinion that the client does not like. It does not do anyone any good for a lawyer to lie to their client about anything, especially about the likelihood of success at trial. I do not know how your case resolved, but I hope you were able to go to trial and win. I probably would have heard if that had happened. Unfortunately, I have no recollection of telling any client with a trial date 4 days away to hire another attorney. I wish I did. I am sorry that we let you down and I hope you had more success somewhere else.

Jason Stone experience

My mother fell and injured herself at work. She broke her hand and was left with a deformity. A family friend named David Decenso, works for Jason Stone, and he wanted to take on her case. Even though a year had passed, he worked on the case. He had my mother go see doctors and worked hard on her... case. After a little time he was able to get my mother a considerable amount of money for her injury and her pain. This firm was always professional, and pleasant to call when i needed help. David always got back to me in a fast time frame and answered all my questions. Great firm and I would recommend to anyone.
