I had been sexually harassed and bullied by manager for a big company. I followed protocol to report the harassment but was faced with bullying from upper management and felt corned. I internalized all the stress which turned into anxiety, PTSD and much more mental issues for me to deal with. When the company decided not to discipline or remove the manger from my work environment but promote him I decided to look for an attorney. I called several attorneys but never got a response. I stumbled onto some positive reviews for Attorney Murphy and decided to reach out. He immediately contacted me back that same afternoon and consulted with me via phone. He saw that my situation required immediate action and offered to take on the case. The very next day the coperation i work for received a letter of representation from him. Within 2 days, the manger was removed and they reopened investigation. Attorney Murphy was swift, honest and consistent with what he said he would do. He laid out many options for me and allowed me to decide how I wanted to proceed with suing the company. He worked swiftly to get me a paid leave of absence and was then able to get the company to settle with me outside of court for a dollar amount close to what I initially proposed. It was a huge plus that the company paid my legal fees as he promised. I was very happy with the outcome. He was supportive, attentive and seemed like he currently genuinely cared about getting me justice. This process was mentally exhausting but he took a load off once he stepped in which allowed me to focus on my recovery. I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking justice from an employer who did them wrong.

I cant thank you enough for getting my family justice against my landlord. I tried to pay Attorney Murphy more because he only charged me a few hundred dollars because I do not make a lot of money. He did not take the money. After nearly a year of fighting for me and my wife who has cancer and son attorney murphy got my landlord to pay me over one years rent in E. Boston. He also took care of a personal injury claim because the ceiling fell on top of me, getting me more money. Im an immigrant from Ecuador and I cant thank you enough for helping my family.

Hired for a sexual harrasment case explained to him the whole case from A to Z. He felt the case was good and sent out the retainer agreement right away and took the case on a constringency agreement of 33%. And than threw in the towel when the demand letter response from the company i was suing came, the response had no evidence and pretty much was a bio of the companys history as far as who the company owner was and how he started the company! Clearly im not a lawyer but i can almost gurantee that 98% of the time when a companys being sued they DO NOT open their check books apon receiving the first demand letter! Any company or person with any sense is going to fight tooth n nail not "oh u im being sued ok let me write out a check immediately, what amount did u want again"! I told him every hurdle if there were any and he assured me they were small speed bumps if anything. Had i kmown prior to signing a retainer agreement that he was going to send a demand letter, and if the company didnt comply it was going to be the end of it i would of 1000% went else where for a lawyer and not wasted my time nor his and now look like a fool is the eyes of the company i was sexual harrassed by because i choose a lawyer who told me everything i wanted to hear who gave up on the first response from the company! What company or person in the world is going to admit to sexual harrasment the very first time u ask them n settle outa court? Its their job to fight the accusations for as long as possible! I didnt expect a lifetime of fight from my lawyer i just expected everything he said to me to get me to sign the retainer agreement to get done! But i guess it makes the lawyer look foolish more than the client when the lawyer waves the white flag after the first response i mean cmon did he expect a check to come with the first response?! On a personal level he was good as far as getting back to u, politiness, and stuff like that but hiring him to fight for u is a different story!

I've had the pleasure of spending countless hours in Housing Court working side by side with Justin as volunteers at the Lawyer For The Day table, and I've also spent quite a bit of time picking his brain and discussing both the practice and business of law. He is my go-to referral for employment matters, and someone I endorse without reservation.
