Jim represented me and my wife during the sale and purchase of two separate properties simultaneously. His counsel and work ethic are beyond reproach. He spent more time working through the kinks of our contracts than the deal deserved and was always forthright and responsive. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone in the Boston area seeking representation in matters of real estate. A buyer/seller would be hard pressed to find someone more capable.

Jim went above and beyond for us during both the sale of our apt and the purchase of a new one. Our new place was new construction and there were several delays from the builders.
