I am a customer of a Big cellular company that has lied, cheated and used deceptive practices to do business. There phone has internal software issues that can't be fixed over the air, but they" cell company " wont do anything about it. They admit it, but they won't fix it, they say they will, but ...don't. On the phone, they lie about documents in your file being noted, thats a lie. Anything that has to do with a problem thats on them , logs are missing, calls are removed from there call logs, as to make it as if you never called, or the call was disconnected. Lies.
