Lemon Law protection vs. Mercedes-Benz

The first 6months of leasing a brand new A class went from excitement to frustrations. After several attempts to repair the vehicle, I finally seeked legal representation to file a Lemon Law against Mercedes; and even still no law firm with accredited lawyers, followed up with me. It took me 10 mins ...to fill out the form, and within the hour Kevin called me. Asked me the important questions, responded with legal advice; providing me with relief and HOPE. Professional, compassionate, attentive, informative and responsive.

Buying a defective Product

On August 28, 2020, my friend Yves-Alain and I went to a used car dealer and bought a 2015 Nissan Sentra SV for approximately $ 7,000.00, which I financed through Service Credit Union of NH. On August 31, 2020, the car started giving me problems. First, the AC stopped working. I called the dealer and... explained to them that the AC does not work. They did not play much attention to what I was saying. Then I took the car to a mechanic shop and found out that the AC did not have any leak. The mechanic shop put some gas in it, and the AC worked for another day. I was charged $ 80.00 for that service. The next day, the AC stopped working again. I called the dealer again and explained to them the situation. Once again, they downplayed my request. The next day, the front passenger brake stopped working. Once again, I called the dealer and told them this time around that I can not keep a car that I just bought with so many problems. I brought the car back to them on Friday, September 4, 2020. I was told that there were no mechanics available. However, the dealer did not want to keep the car because it was a long weekend (Labor day weekend). Therefore, I went back with the car. On Tuesday, September 8, 2020. I brought the car back to them with the intention to leave it into their hands because at that point I was getting frustrated with them. I told them to keep their car and give me my money back. I called the Whitman Police Department to witness me returning the car to the dealer. On September 10, 2020, I received an email saying that the car was ready to be picked up. I really did not want to go and pick the car up, but after talking to some people and a law firm, I went and got the car. However, upon leaving the dealer, the car started running awkwardly. I took it to Boch Nissan Car Dealership in Norwood for thorough inspection. The car miserably failed the inspection. On September 12, 2020, after paying $ 175.00, I got the car from the Nissan Car Dealership, and I called the used car dealer and explained to them that the car has failed the inspection. The diagnostic revealed that the car has a major transmission problem, which will cost me $ 4,600.00 to fix it. I took the car back to the used car dealer. With my beautiful wife by my side, the car stopped in the middle of the road with us. Once again, I called them and explained to them that the car has stopped in the middle of the road with us. I was told that they do not have any town company. Therefore, I called a town company and paid $125.00 to tow the car to the used car dealer. I left the car in their hands to fix.
