Car deal gone bad!

Truly helpful and patient, I had a very harmful experience with a car dealership taking advantage of a older female customer. It was a very informative consultation and the first time I felt like there was hope in regards to my situation. Well done and Thank you!

Great consultation re: lemon Law auto

Having issues with a $11K car purchased from a Boston area dealer and needed advice on lemon law buybacks for a vehicle that needs an expensive $5K timing chain . I provided details to Kevin and he gave sound advice as to next steps and potential pitfalls. Kevin was knowledgeable about the Lemon law...s. Hopefully can work out with dealer, but will reengage with Kevin if I need to go forward with litigation.
