I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Shortly after, we found one seat belt torn and one not operable. Dealers CPO checklist verified ALL seatbelts to be "good" and in working order. Dealer also had brought vehicle to obtain inspection sticker. These 2 MAJOR safety issues were also ..."ironically" overlooked during that state inspection.
