Very Knowledgeable

Called and spoke to Kevin about an issue I am having with my car and dealership I bought it from. He was very thorough on explaining to me exactly what my gut was feeling all along and how we could proceed within a legal matter. I cant express how thankful I am for being able to speak on the matter a...nd not feel like I was crazy. I feel confident in the guidance from this group and so glad I spoke with Kevin.

Very Informative and attentive. Even if the issue is big or small.

I called Kevin to learn what my options were when I unfortunately bought a car from a scummy dealership that did not have a catalytic converter. He assured me right away that I was in the right to lawyer up and sue if they do not do the right thing and fix this issue. He was extremely informative and... attentive.

immediate and excellent response

I was so frustrated and upset over my situation. He called within a day of my reaching out and put me at ease that this could be resolved. If my letter thatv he shared with me doesn't bring results I am going to hire who he recommends.

Prompt Assistance with Credit Isssue
