Great first impression and consultation

I left a message with Kevin Crick to discuss a fraud claim with a large financial institution. Kevin responded within 15 minutes. He listened attentively to me and set appropriate expectations by explaining he may or may not be able to help. He further explained if he couldn't, he would refer me to a... law firm who could. I appreciated the transparency.

Good Honest Advice Re Mass Lemon Law

I purchased a used car from a local dealership that had a number of issues and seems to have misrepresented the state of the automobile pre-sale. Attorney Crick took the time with me on the phone to do a free consultation, explained my rights as a consumer, and what my next steps should be. I highly ...appreciated the time he took with me and I will try implementing his suggestions right away and attempt to seek a swift resolution to the problems during the warranty period.

Kevin returned my call promptly & timely. Was very friendly & empathetic. Explained a lot of information thoroughly and clearly, and then followed up with email instructions.

Auto fraud expertise

Kevin provide excellent advise. He responded to my request in the same day (actually in less than 2 hours!). He had extensive knowledge of auto fraud and his advice was amazing!
