Used car fraud

I bought a used car and asked for the carfax. The dealer distracted me with other details and I forgot to get the carfax before signing the contract. It turns out there was an accident, airbag deployment and an open recall in the history. Kevin Crick helped me understand this is deceptive and fra...udulent. He advised me on my options to attempt to undo the transaction or sue for damages.

Car legal rights

Prompt, thorough, and helpful!
