Picks up the phone!

I need a consumer lawyer and I was on my phone for about an hour before I actually got a lawyer Kevin who picked up the phone and actually talk to me besides an answering machine. Provided good consultation

I contacted Kevin's law firm for a consumer issue I was facing. Kevin promptly returned the call, took time to understand the issue and provided free guidelines to work on it. He also responded to my follow up emails.

Very helpful and considerate

I contacted Kevin Crick when I went online to find a lawyer who specialized in consumer law. Kevin answered the phone and listened intently to my situation to see if he could help. After describing the problem, he suggested another attorney who he thought would be a better fit and he volunteered to ...connect us. I felt like Kevin genuinely cared about my case and wanted to help, even if he could not take the case himself.

Great Consultation

I consulted Mr. Crick regarding a used vehicle matter. He was knowledgeable and quite helpful with pointing me in the right direction for my next steps. Should I need to retain counsel, I'll be calling him again.

Best thing I ever did

We bought a van off of a dealership. He refused to give us our money back. We called Kevin. For a free consult told us the steps we need to take. And great information. I would definitely recommend calling him . and actually listen to what he tells you .
