Kevin promptly returned my call, he helped navigate my next steps regarding the New Car lease and the fraud that happened while trading in and leasing another vehicle. The dealership forged my signature as well as kept my paperwork from me, for 7 wks even though I repeatedly asked for it, and that... was through text messages. The GM did connect with me and I met with him, after telling me "I want to make this right" I was offered a base model., I left the dealership (3/19) and he told me that he would "find" the black on black "sport model" I would be happy with and my car payment would not be a penny over $400/mo we shock hands. I got nervous when he then said it might take 5 maybe 7 weeks...... I told him I think that he's a smart man, and will definitely be able to get me out of this nightmare and into a car I'll be comfortable in. Kevin was very nice and explained what I can do!
