I have been having issues with a company that sold me electronic devices. I read online about my consumer rights. I was a bit hesitant, as I had never contacted a lawyer before. I sent an inquiry through the Rights Protection Law Group website webchat very early on Saturday morning, and Kevin called ...me in the evening of the next business day, Monday, which was consistent with the callback preference I provided. He started the conversation by confirming the information I had provided about my situation in the webchat. He asked me specific questions, was very informative, and told me exactly what I needed to know, whether in my favor or not. I'm really glad he called because I got more value from the free consultation than I was expecting. I would consider the experience to be pleasant overall.
