I was on a website with ton of complaints about a company that charged me for services I did not want or need. The late fees kept piling up. And my credit score went down 90 points. I was on the phone with this company for hours and just ended up nowhere. They called me about 4 times a day. If... a company values his customers they they would work with you. This was for 20. dollars. I refused to pay it. I voiced my complaints on Consumer Advocate. Kevin V.K. Crick called me back. I was a little bit worried about hiring an Attorney on line but sometimes a little faith is necessary. Kevin resolved the issue in good time and put an end to their antics. I am so so pleased with the outcome. He straightend it out fast and in my favor. Thanks Kevin ( he is a man of his word.) Sometimes your not aware of the laws that protect you.

Kevin and his office wasted no time in getting everything needed to file suit. He was continuously in contact with me throughout the whole process and was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had. The whole process was quick, painless and very stress free.
