I was being harrassed by a large company over a credit card account I did not have with them. It went as far as them calling me 5 times in one day. I elected at that time to notify a consumer advocacy group. Within minutes I was put in touch with Kevin Crick and we discussed the legality of the situa...tion including fines owed to me for the harrassment. Having worked for one of the larger firms in South Florida myself, it is easy for clients to talk to secretaries and paralegals more than the attorney themselves. Not the case with Kevin. As it was no fault of Kevin's the only negative thing I can say is that the process was very lengthy.
