Everything we asked for and more

Kevin was a huge help in getting the ball rolling in our case when an auto shop tried to scam us with shoddy work and junk parts. Without Mr. Crick we would be still stuck with more questions than answers and out thousands of dollars

Professional and helpful

I called about a signature forgery and damage fraud case from a car rental company. Kevin returned my call and gave professional advice. He sounded kind and caring, too, which is always appreciated. I ended up deciding to drop the case because it's not worth the time and energy (also because it needs... to be filed in another state). But I appreciate Kevin's professional advice and would definitely return should another case arises.

Miss

Felt I was wrongly treated by a company I shipped a parcel with. Not knowing what to do I approached Atty Kevin who gave me some advise on consumer protection. He was awesome, kind and compassionate, giving me directives on how to go about notifying the company and possibly recovering my missing parc...el. Thank you so much Sir for your compassionate professionalism.

Car sale fraud

Oh my josh, I just had a car accident on 1/5, my car was totaled and I was on ch 7 news and was in need of a car. I went to a used car dealer on 1/7/22. I saw a car I liked, ask about the car facts , clean title and car history. The dealer told me the tile was clean, it had 1 owner, from Florida, an...d no major issues or repair done. On 1/8 I went to my bank, got the check, issue it to the dealer, signed the purchased of agreements paperwork. I than ask for the car facts, the title and a written warrant. And was told they never had it. I was also informed it will be available on Monday. That I should schedule an appointment with RMV for registration. I agreed. On my way home, the car tire pressure light came on. And it was shaking from the back. First thing Monday 1/10. I went to the dealer and told him to take his car back that I no longer wanted it. Plus I didn’t get the title. He literally ignored me. I told him I would leave the car, he said it will get towed. So 1/11 I went to register the vehicle. I was told by the rmv rep I needed the original title. I contacted the dealer he told me it will be here by 3:30pm. He never contacted me back. I called several times and he never picked up. I was lost and had no help. On 1/12 I went to his office and ask about him getting the car he refused, I ask about the tile he said it will be here 1/12 at 4:30pm. I left. He called me after 5pm to pick up the title on 1/12. That same day On 1/13 I went to register the car. The same day I took it for a full diagnostic at Ford dealership. It had major issues. I took the vehicle to the dealer and issue him the repairs estimate and ask for my money he refused. I contacted the cops and they said I should get a lawyer. The dealer than said if I don’t take the vehicle he will have it towed. Att. Kelvin contacted me while I was on my way home and told me to take the car for inspection and if it’s failed I should have it tow to the dealer. Make sure I filed a complaint with the attorney general office, write a 30 days demanding letter and make sure it will be delivered certified. On 1/14 the car failed inspection, I had it tow as instructed. I did an online complaint with the attorney general. I called the online consumer number and was told the exact same thing Attorney Kelvin told me. I also planned to send the demanding letter on Monday. I will definitely need his help when it comes to court. But I’m so happy and glad there are lawyers that actually for the people without up front cost. And now I’m so relieve and happy that I’m going to get my money back after a deadly accident. I bless God for him and may his goodness be remembered always. I will recommend him to all my families and friends that are victims of this.

Help with false advertising

I am currently having an issue with an auto dealership for false advertising and I contacted Kevin after being referred by the Massachusetts Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service. I wasn’t able to resolve my issue as it is very recent but Kevin did give me a free consultation over the phone and was... very informative. He told me he will look into it and if there is something that can be done he will get back to me which I greatly appreciate. He did also guide me with certain actions I can take moving forward. Thanks for taking the time and hearing me out Kevin.
