Kevin promptly returned my call, he helped navigate my next steps regarding the New Car lease and the fraud that happened while trading in and leasing another vehicle. The dealership forged my signature as well as kept my paperwork from me, for 7 wks even though I repeatedly asked for it, and that... was through text messages.
