07/29/ 2018 I went to a dealership and bought a new car. I gave them $5.000 down payment , paid $550 for a GAP insurance and financed the rest of the value with the Financial Institution , which was indicated by him and negotiated by him. On the day of 04/07/2020 I asked for the contract copy that th...ey have to see my interest rate and try to negotiate my car loan with another financial institution.They sent the contract to me and for my surprise the contract that they sent has a signature that was FORGED. Another thing is that the value of amount finance is different from the contract that I have in my hands. Also the down payment value is different and the gap insurance does not appear in the forged contract. Kevin Helped me to find my rights and told me what should I do in this terrible situation.
