Attorney Dwork represented me against a condo association eventhough real estate is not his typical area of practice. He is able to gather resources needed and is very diligent. His tremendous litigation experience knowing all dos and don'ts along with the respect earned from peers and judges will serve his clients well. He is never arrogant and will work with you to make sure he is representing you for your best interest at your comfort level. Needless to say, it was a victory and I am thankful he represented me.

I worked closely with David for more than 25 years in a mid-size law firm where, for much of that time, he was head of the litigation department. As we worked together on numerous complex litigation matters, he showed a deep knowledge of the law in many areas. David is an exceptionally skilled attorney from whom I and other attorneys often sought advice and guidance.
David zealously represents his clients, doing all that is required to obtain the best possible result. He combines excellent advocacy and negotiation skills with careful legal analysis, persuasive writing and careful, thorough preparation. Throughout the litigation process, David remains focused on what is best for the client, providing realistic advice and using common sense to determine how best to serve his client in an effective yet cost effective way.
I give David my highest and completely unqualified endorsement.

David was the best choice for representing my daughter after she was hit by a car, during a very painful time. He is both knowledgeable and compassionate. His explanations were very clear, and he always gave us choices after he made us fully informed. He pursued the case strongly and respected our views. Very pleasant to deal with, very available, and very effective. I understand why he was recommended so highly.
