Extremely unprofessional

Let me tell you that I went to this office with high hopes. I knew it was expensive but I thought it will be worth it. But very soon I was proven to be wrong. Not only she showed up 20 min late for the meeting but she started telling me it was my fault because I had misunderstood the meeting time. An...yway, we sat down and she is like: how are you going to pay for the consultation? Can I have your card? ( I know she will get paid, but its not nice to make it so obvious that you only care for your fee). So, I paid ($150, so not cheap). Then I started telling her about my case. She pulled up "GOOGLE" and she started typing all of the questions on "GOOGLE". Are you kidding me? I could not believe my eyes. I mean, I am paying you to google things?! She then started asking the secretary questions on the matter. Beyond disappointed.

Client satisfaction at every level is essential to me.  Unfortunately, it seems that this did not come across to you. I did use Google during your consult to access the powerful online tools available to attorneys to provide clients with the most accurate and up-to-date information.  In our rapidly shifting legal environment it is vital to quickly access updates to case processing times, visa bulletins, recent executive actions, and relevant case law.   The "secretary" to whom you refer is a fellow attorney whose deep knowledge and expertise was made available to you during your consultation.  I respect her and her opinion tremendously and I am proud to have her as a member of my outstanding team. At our office we all work together to make sure we are striving at every level to obtain the best possible results for our clients. Your credit card has been refunded.  I wish you the best in your future endeavors, and in finding an attorney with whom you will be satisfied.
