You Need Rachel to Succeed!

In the current immigration atmosphere legal representation is critical. The interview process can be fraught and very intimidating. Preparation is key to success. Rachel's experience and knowledge was the key to our success. Preparing for our interview with Rachel in advance really allowed us to get ...our ducks in a row. We improved our submitted materials and honed-in on what was important to highlight from our lives together. During the actual interview Rachel was prepared at every turn to assist with our explanations for certain tricky situations we had with our case. Otherwise we were pretty worried about how to approach the situation with the Immigration Officer on our own. Rachel brought some authority and order to our meeting and really made the difference in our outcome. Hiring an attorney also gave us the confidence going in to the process that we had done the most we could have to insure a positive result. We still have milestones left on our immigration journey which we will be relying on Rachel to assist with in the future.

Professional, compassionate, knowledgeable- would recommend!!

Upon meeting Rachel, when we first started our immigration journey, we knew that she would be the right fit for our family as we navigated through this process. Rachel was/is very professional, but also makes you feel comfortable. She answers any questions big or small and never makes you feel like y...ou are a bother. Our case took longer than expected, which was no fault of Rachel’s or ours; it was just how the system played out at the time we applied. Over the years, Rachel kept us informed on any changes or updates as they came in. She and her team helped us with all of the paperwork and guided us through what we needed and how to get it. She filed forms, petitions, uploaded everything all in preparation for our visa interview. She briefed us and then continued to stay in touch with us via email right up until the visa was granted, which we immediately sent a “YAY!” email to her to which she responded right away. We even had a zoom meeting after my husband got back to the US just to discuss everything and officially close this chapter. The paperwork needed for our process was a lot and Rachel and her team did an amazing job instructing us on what to gather and then she proceeded with filing all of it.
