A Credit to His Profession

From the very first time I spoke with Attorney David Yannetti I was impressed by his confidence, his knowledge and understanding, and his kind and courteous nature. Prior to hiring Attorney Yannetti, I was represented by other counsel who I felt was not up to the task of dealing with a case involving... the multiple felony charges I was facing. The difference, to me, was night and day. I felt real relief at being represented by Attorney Yannetti, and knew that he would achieve the best result that could be gotten in my situation. Now, after the resolution of my case I can say that I was correct in my assessment. Attorney David Yannetti got a result for me and my family that I wouldn't have thought possible, and I owe him a debt of gratitude for saving us a great deal of pain and hardship.

Miracle worker

Mr. Yannetti very knowledgeable, wise and a diligent worker. I was arrested in Boston for a false Domestic Violence charge. Before the arraignment I hired a different attorney. While the arraignment went fine the case started to go south quickly. I then realized I needed a solid attorneys. After inte...rviewing seven attorneys I hired Mr. Yannetti. Best decision I have made in many years. He went to work and worked hard. He keep me well informed and was very responsive to my questions. At the end of the day the case was dismissed without a trial. If it was not for Mr. Yannetti I could have lost my freedom, children, home and carrier. Thank you Mr. Yannetti for all you did for my family. You and your office were truly there for me in my darkest hour.

Very impressed from day one!

I first called for a free consultation on Labor Day and was surprised that it was David himself that answered the phone (on a holiday)! Right off the bat, he had a lot of knowledge about my sort of case and walked me through what would happen. He asked questions that I would not have considered mysel...f, and even encouraged me to do my research on other law firms. I shopped around and read a lot of reviews of different attorneys but after speaking with David, I felt I could trust him to help me through my Magistrates hearing. He was very helpful in describing to me exactly what to expect because I have never been accused of a crime before. He knew a lot about the diatrict court where my trial was being held and was very familiar with the clerk as well. He and his paralegal, Lisa, made me feel much more comfortable about my hearing. David came early to the courthouse to coach me through what my hearing would be like and ask me some questions about myself. He was very personable in his demeanor and helped me feel more at ease. I felt that he genuinely wanted to help because he understood exactly how I felt in my situation. When it came time for my hearing, David spoke very well on my behalf and achieved a positive result for me, so I have nothing but great things to say about him. Highly recommended!

Right action

My wife and I received a phone call from our BU college junior stating that he had been arrested and charged with two felony charges. The unimaginable had become our reality. I sought out the best Boston criminal defense attorney I could find. A referral from a local principle partner in New York sti...rred me to David Yannetti law firm and David in particular. Initially my felling was that our case might not warrant his attention.My conviction was to find the best I could to navigate this great and potentially forever life changing process. I reached out to David via his web site and in short order David phoned me. During our conversation I immediately felt in my heart that David was the person I wanted to lead us through this process. David rearranged his schedule to meet my family. Our meeting laid bare the landscape we faced the potential consequences my son faced and how David would navigate the case.The fees for David's services were fixed and in my estimation reasonable.I will emphasize that what we were facing and the consequences we all faced , my son in particular was my focus- fees were not. The result in our case is that my son will have no record or have to explain this situation ever again. I sent this text to David after my sons appearance: Your better than me - you have removed a major character check from my conscience- although my heart expected this outcome - I am so aware of outliers in what I do as a trader and was trying to find strength in my own character to be strong for my family if the unimaginable happened. Robert is a great kid - this episode and consequences hopefully is a life learning exercise- and I pray he's better off for the experience.
