Excellent Attorney

Attorney David is a phenomenal attorney and such a pleasant person to speak to. He goes above and beyond to represent his clients. He makes sure to hear your story and help in all ways that he can. He is traffic in the courtroom and really fights for his clients and gets the win. I saw him in the cou...rtroom and he argued so well and walked away with what was expected, the outcome that was wanted by his client. I will never go to anyone else but him and would recommend anyone who is looking for a representation to not waste your time and money elsewhere like many do, and go to attorney David from the start

Saved my career !!!

Highly recommend David for any Criminal charges. I am currently working in technology firm and I was charged with misdemeanor case in Sep 2016 and I have been through lot of pressure and sleepless nights. I hired him before my hearing date and he listened to all my concerns and gave me complete c...onfident and moral support. As he promised, he worked hard to dismiss the case before trail. Miracle worker

Mr. Yannetti very knowledgeable, wise and a diligent worker. I was arrested in Boston for a false Domestic Violence charge. Before the arraignment I hired a different attorney. While the arraignment went fine the case started to go south quickly. I then realized I needed a solid attorneys. After inte...rviewing seven attorneys I hired Mr. Yannetti. Best decision I have made in many years. He went to work and worked hard. He keep me well informed and was very responsive to my questions. At the end of the day the case was dismissed without a trial. If it was not for Mr. Yannetti I could have lost my freedom, children, home and carrier. Thank you Mr. Yannetti for all you did for my family. You and your office were truly there for me in my darkest hour.

Excellent and outstanding lawyer

The first day I met David, I felt comfortable with him and I was at ease and when I was not supposed to be calm, he made me remain calm, despite what I was facing, a charge of aggravated assault and battery which was not true at all. He promised to do the best he could to defend me in a criminal cas...e against me and he kept his promise and he did defend me and the case was dismissed in record time. Even though the case went to trial, the case was dismissed, which was the ultimate goal and what I wanted. He said he wouldn't give me a 100% assurance because any lawyer who tells me this is lying to me but he would do his best and work tirelessly to defend me and defend me he did and I am grateful to him and his firm for all their work. I also want to thank him too for his kindness because he was a brother and a friend too when I needed one, despite the fact that he was my lawyer. His advice was clear enough and he knows how to give one. Do not be afraid to hire him and his firm because they fought for me and he will also fight for you because for David, it is not about the money. He puts in his best and all his efforts to help his client and that is what one should look out for in a lawyer. He is quick to respond back to you when you leave a message for him and always gives you his listening ears and brings you in on all his plans and strategies, so you are not left behind wondering what is next or what is going on. He knows his job and he does it well. He is an excellent criminal defense lawyer and one of the best out there for anyone to hire. David, again I thank you for your help and assistance when I needed help.

Well Known & Highly Respected

I received a Summons for Clerk Magistrate's Hearing. When the incident happened(saturday evening), I freaked out and called every lawyer possible in Boston Area the next day(Sunday). David Yannetti was the only one to return my call on a Sunday! I read everything about him and did my research on hi...m & other Boston Lawyers and because of his professionalism, confidence(saw some of his case videos) and excellent reviews, I decided to hire him. Even the price he quoted was on par(or lesser) when compared to quotes from other lawyers and this made it easier for me to pick him. David accompanied me to the Clerk Magistrate's office on the day of the hearing. There were a bunch of people who got there before me waiting for their name to be called. The office clerk saw David standing with me, went back in, came out, called my name FIRST! We went in and I wasn't surprised to see that the Clerk Magistrate already knew David. They had a chat. The Magistrate asked me a couple of questions and David was able to get my CASE DISMISSED in just 5 mins! I was so happy I hired him.
