Phenomenal Attorney

Mr. Yannetti's reputation in the greater Boston area, I learned as his client, is absolutely unparalleled... the courts will even tell you as much. He knows how to get a tough job done quickly and accurately, and is extremely well connected. His former career as a prosecuting attorney allows him to... think about your case from all possible angles - this is absolutely vital. If you are reading this, you've probably found yourself in a tough spot, and if so I feel for you. You can't control everything about your situation, but you can decide which attorney you want by your side, and that can make all the difference. If I were you I know exactly what I would do: call David Yannetti without delay... he is worth every penny.

David Yannetti is an example of "zealous advocacy" at it's finest

David Yannetti skillfully litigated a very serious set of felony allegations filed against me. While in law school, I was wrongfully accused of 5 felonies and as a result faced losing my home, my job, and my freedom. David carefully evaluated my situation, and most importantly, believed in me whe...n no one else would. David was patient and understanding, and stood by me when even my friends were skeptical given the allegations. David and worked diligently for the better part of a year, through multiple court appearances, and several additional false allegations of restraining order violations. When my day in court arrived, David was more than prepared. His masterful ability to control a court room was evident: the judge dismissed over half the charges at the close of the prosecution's evidence. The trial ended with the judge commenting on just how amazing a job had been done. I couldn't agree more. His brilliant representation has given me hope for the justice system.

attorney Yannetti obtained results not available to previous lawyer

Like in most other professions there are significant differences between skill levels of practitioners and their ability to deliver results (which is not dependent on skill alone). In my case attorney Yannetti brought back to the table an option that was denied my previous attorney. I was truly impre...ssed by that. If my case had gone to trial instead the statistical expectation of the outcome would have been very negative, there was too much at stake though we had a good chance of winning. Attorney Yannetti is well known and received in the courtroom and has cultivated an extensive network of relationships over the years. In my particular case his ex ADA background proved to be invaluable. Even though I am very skeptical by nature I found Mr. Yannetti's communications with me credible and trusted him fully. I was also impressed that he did not need to check any books to provide authoritative answers to my off the cuff, probing questions. His counsel is worth every dollar you'd pay him.
