Excellent and outstanding lawyer

The first day I met David, I felt comfortable with him and I was at ease and when I was not supposed to be calm, he made me remain calm, despite what I was facing, a charge of aggravated assault and battery which was not true at all. He promised to do the best he could to defend me in a criminal cas...e against me and he kept his promise and he did defend me and the case was dismissed in record time. Even though the case went to trial, the case was dismissed, which was the ultimate goal and what I wanted. He said he wouldn't give me a 100% assurance because any lawyer who tells me this is lying to me but he would do his best and work tirelessly to defend me and defend me he did and I am grateful to him and his firm for all their work. I also want to thank him too for his kindness because he was a brother and a friend too when I needed one, despite the fact that he was my lawyer. His advice was clear enough and he knows how to give one. Do not be afraid to hire him and his firm because they fought for me and he will also fight for you because for David, it is not about the money. He puts in his best and all his efforts to help his client and that is what one should look out for in a lawyer. He is quick to respond back to you when you leave a message for him and always gives you his listening ears and brings you in on all his plans and strategies, so you are not left behind wondering what is next or what is going on. He knows his job and he does it well. He is an excellent criminal defense lawyer and one of the best out there for anyone to hire. David, again I thank you for your help and assistance when I needed help.

Well Known & Highly Respected

I received a Summons for Clerk Magistrate's Hearing. When the incident happened(saturday evening), I freaked out and called every lawyer possible in Boston Area the next day(Sunday). David Yannetti was the only one to return my call on a Sunday! I read everything about him and did my research on hi...m & other Boston Lawyers and because of his professionalism, confidence(saw some of his case videos) and excellent reviews, I decided to hire him. Even the price he quoted was on par(or lesser) when compared to quotes from other lawyers and this made it easier for me to pick him. David accompanied me to the Clerk Magistrate's office on the day of the hearing. There were a bunch of people who got there before me waiting for their name to be called. The office clerk saw David standing with me, went back in, came out, called my name FIRST! We went in and I wasn't surprised to see that the Clerk Magistrate already knew David. They had a chat. The Magistrate asked me a couple of questions and David was able to get my CASE DISMISSED in just 5 mins! I was so happy I hired him.

Focus on Family

David helped our family navigate a very challenging scenario with our teenage son. Throughout the process he represented the family with a high level of professionalism while not losing sight of the trauma and stress our family was experiencing. As commentary for anyone about to experience the ...criminal court system, it was evident early on in the process David's firm stood above the other defense attorneys representing their clients. His team’s experience as former prosecutors is a differentiator not to be overlooked when selecting legal representation.

Very impressed from day one!

I first called for a free consultation on Labor Day and was surprised that it was David himself that answered the phone (on a holiday)! Right off the bat, he had a lot of knowledge about my sort of case and walked me through what would happen. He asked questions that I would not have considered mysel...f, and even encouraged me to do my research on other law firms. I shopped around and read a lot of reviews of different attorneys but after speaking with David, I felt I could trust him to help me through my Magistrates hearing. He was very helpful in describing to me exactly what to expect because I have never been accused of a crime before. He knew a lot about the diatrict court where my trial was being held and was very familiar with the clerk as well. He and his paralegal, Lisa, made me feel much more comfortable about my hearing. David came early to the courthouse to coach me through what my hearing would be like and ask me some questions about myself. He was very personable in his demeanor and helped me feel more at ease. I felt that he genuinely wanted to help because he understood exactly how I felt in my situation. When it came time for my hearing, David spoke very well on my behalf and achieved a positive result for me, so I have nothing but great things to say about him. Highly recommended!

Pure awesomenesss!

I did my homework and read reviews before selecting an attorney, I also called several attorneys. Every attorney I called said because I had a prior record that I would not likely get a good plea and forget about winning a clerks hearing. Attorney Yannetti told me that he could get me a favorable o...utcome. He was honest and let me know the odds of winning a clerks hearing were stacked against me but he thought we had a chance to win it with the right strategy. He walked me through every step with a plan for each step. Even though the odds were against me, Attorney Yannetti did win my clerks hearing and the complaint was dismissed. Attorney Yannetti was all that he is claimed to be. He was professional, caring, reassuring and commanded confidence. Attorney Yannetti is a super hero in my opinion. I highly recommend him.
