Right action

My wife and I received a phone call from our BU college junior stating that he had been arrested and charged with two felony charges. The unimaginable had become our reality. I sought out the best Boston criminal defense attorney I could find. A referral from a local principle partner in New York sti...rred me to David Yannetti law firm and David in particular. Initially my felling was that our case might not warrant his attention.My conviction was to find the best I could to navigate this great and potentially forever life changing process. I reached out to David via his web site and in short order David phoned me. During our conversation I immediately felt in my heart that David was the person I wanted to lead us through this process. David rearranged his schedule to meet my family. Our meeting laid bare the landscape we faced the potential consequences my son faced and how David would navigate the case.The fees for David's services were fixed and in my estimation reasonable.I will emphasize that what we were facing and the consequences we all faced , my son in particular was my focus- fees were not. The result in our case is that my son will have no record or have to explain this situation ever again. I sent this text to David after my sons appearance: Your better than me - you have removed a major character check from my conscience- although my heart expected this outcome - I am so aware of outliers in what I do as a trader and was trying to find strength in my own character to be strong for my family if the unimaginable happened. Robert is a great kid - this episode and consequences hopefully is a life learning exercise- and I pray he's better off for the experience. I know as a parent and husband I grew a bunch - I am so grateful you were carrying the sword And this is what I sent when the court made its decision: Great job - you are of true value - glad you were the life line we reached for and grabbed ahold of -

The Best Criminal Attorney - Got All Charges Dismissed - Truly a "Best Lawyer in America"

We worked with David for over 3 months as he tirelessly, meticulously helped our friend deal with serious criminal charges. David was so professional, so helpful, always available, and he went the extra mile for our friend. He is such a presence in the courtroom and is so respected and admired by his... peers and the judges, and with good reason. David ended up getting all the charges dismissed! This was an almost impossible result in our case. David worked miracles. No wonder he's been named to the Boston Magazine "Super Lawyers" list every year since 2007 and named one of the "Best Lawyers in America" by U.S. News and World Report for the second straight year. I cannot recommend David more highly, he really is the best of the best!

Defense of Criminal Case

David Yannetti was my lawyer for my criminal case. I live out of state and I've got to say that he handled just about everything for me. It started off that I needed to be back in court after just leaving the city and he ensured I was represented. On top of that he made this a very inconvenient exper...ience as I only had to travel up to Boston twice through the year and three month case. The result of the case was just as he told me from the beginning and better. I highly recommend David for your criminal case needs!!!

David Yannetti Is Hands Down The Best Lawyer In Boston

David Yannetti is not just a great Lawyer he is a great Man. He took on my case with the conviction and energy of a real intelligent, strong, caring, Lawyer who has alot of heart. In my case David took the time to make me feel comfortable and understand the legal system. The case against me was built... on lies from my ex wife who wanted to misuse the legal system to attempt to change our legal shared 50% children's physical custody arrangement which was achieved through the GAL process and Probate Court. The stakes were as high as they could be for a father because if we lost it would be used as a hammer by my ex wife to change the custody of our children and get a way to attack me during the financial part of our on going divorce. David prepared for a full jury trial which ended up lasting two days. David through a strong cross examination of my ex wife clearly showed the jury that she was lying. The Jury came back with a strong not guilty verdict after less then thirty minutes of deliberations. David did not just fully clear my name he gave me the most important gift in the world, my children, because with the not guilty verdict I can use it as a shield to protect my kids, myself and the physical custody of my children. I keep David's business card in my wallet because if I or anyone I know needs hands down the best lawyer in Boston I will have his information at hand.

David Yannetti is an example of "zealous advocacy" at it's finest

David Yannetti skillfully litigated a very serious set of felony allegations filed against me. While in law school, I was wrongfully accused of 5 felonies and as a result faced losing my home, my job, and my freedom. David carefully evaluated my situation, and most importantly, believed in me whe...n no one else would. David was patient and understanding, and stood by me when even my friends were skeptical given the allegations. David and worked diligently for the better part of a year, through multiple court appearances, and several additional false allegations of restraining order violations. When my day in court arrived, David was more than prepared. His masterful ability to control a court room was evident: the judge dismissed over half the charges at the close of the prosecution's evidence. The trial ended with the judge commenting on just how amazing a job had been done. I couldn't agree more. His brilliant representation has given me hope for the justice system.
