Very impressed from day one!

I first called for a free consultation on Labor Day and was surprised that it was David himself that answered the phone (on a holiday)! Right off the bat, he had a lot of knowledge about my sort of case and walked me through what would happen. He asked questions that I would not have considered mysel...f, and even encouraged me to do my research on other law firms. I shopped around and read a lot of reviews of different attorneys but after speaking with David, I felt I could trust him to help me through my Magistrates hearing. He was very helpful in describing to me exactly what to expect because I have never been accused of a crime before. He knew a lot about the diatrict court where my trial was being held and was very familiar with the clerk as well. He and his paralegal, Lisa, made me feel much more comfortable about my hearing. David came early to the courthouse to coach me through what my hearing would be like and ask me some questions about myself. He was very personable in his demeanor and helped me feel more at ease. I felt that he genuinely wanted to help because he understood exactly how I felt in my situation. When it came time for my hearing, David spoke very well on my behalf and achieved a positive result for me, so I have nothing but great things to say about him. Highly recommended!

Pure awesomenesss!

I did my homework and read reviews before selecting an attorney, I also called several attorneys. Every attorney I called said because I had a prior record that I would not likely get a good plea and forget about winning a clerks hearing. Attorney Yannetti told me that he could get me a favorable o...utcome. He was honest and let me know the odds of winning a clerks hearing were stacked against me but he thought we had a chance to win it with the right strategy. He walked me through every step with a plan for each step. Even though the odds were against me, Attorney Yannetti did win my clerks hearing and the complaint was dismissed. Attorney Yannetti was all that he is claimed to be. He was professional, caring, reassuring and commanded confidence. Attorney Yannetti is a super hero in my opinion. I highly recommend him.

Very experienced and obtained terrific results!

Our recent experience with Attorney David Yannetti was great. He is very knowledgeable, accessible, and professional. We did a lot of research before approaching to David and had faith in him. He is well known and well respected at the Court. When judges and other staff hear his name, they show great... respect and trust. Himself also enjoys the feeling when he and his team are able to "prevent harm from being done to promising careers". As a very experienced lawyer in Criminal Defense, David is also very good at listening although he already knew next steps and strategies. He puts himself in other people's shoes and shows respect about what's been done. He trusts his client, listens to them, explains all the possibilities and be realistic about the turnouts while being optimistic, too. He and his team made things go much easier than I had anticipated and I know the result can be very different without their involvement. With his help, I was able to obtain a terrific result and minimized the impact on my career/future/life. I really appreciated all the hard work and the time they've put into. Wow!!!

I had a Clerk magistrate hearing on January 14th in Metro West regarding a complicated matter. I came across MR. Yannetti through a Google search for "Best Boston Criminal Defense Attorneys". All the reviews that you read below including this one I write today can in no way describe how GOOD Mr. Yann...etti really is. I hope that people don't ever need to be in a situation where an attorney of any kind is needed, but that would be a fairy-tale world. Close your eyes and completely trust this man. I am truly truly impressed. Thank You for everything you do.

David is a fantastic criminal defense attorney

I'm embarrassed to say that I've had to use David's services twice in the last three years or so. Both times, though, David Yannetti has done a phenomenal job and obtained a great outcome. I've witnessed the large growth of David's practice over the past few years, due undoubtedly to his great reputa...tion and fantastic reviews from clients. Despite this expansion, David is committed and available to every client. He stayed in touch with me during every phase of the proceedings, consulted with me on strategy and timing, and seriously considered how I felt and what I had to say. Equally important, David's attitude was totally nonjudgmental, and I felt that he was a strong advocate for me. In the past case he handled for me, I was totally factually innocent and a police officer falsely arrested me for assault and battery (I believe because I threatened to file a complaint against him). The police officer claimed that I had "chestbumped" him and charged me with felony assault on a police officer. I always had the impression that David totally believed me. David has a great reputation not only among his clients, but also among judges, clerks, and ADAs. This was apparent to me in every interaction and in motion hearings. I think one reason David obtains such good results for his clients is that judges, clerks, and ADAs all trust him. Moreover, David seems to have a reputation for winning that encourages ADAs to settle cases on favorable terms. I probably have a unique insight since I am a law student at a prestigious law school in the Boston area. Correspondingly, I had a lot to lose, including a job offer and admission to the bar - something that David recognized and factored into his strategy. Although David has years of experience over me, I do argue and appear regularly in court, representing indigent clients in civil proceedings. As an advocate myself, I recognize the qualities in David that make him a fantastic lawyer: empathy, reputation, intelligence, persuasiveness, articulateness, and diligence (among others). I only add, in terms of pricing, that I found David's fees to be very reasonable, especially in light of the amount of work he did on my case, and the number of hearings he attended. He's probably not the cheapest attorney (although again, from comparison shopping for a lawyer I believe his rates are very competitive), but there's certainly truth to the saying, at least in his case, that you get what you pay for.
