If you are here reading this review, you are probably in a jam and are looking for help in navigating the justice system. Same as you, I was in a situation where I had to go to court for an Assault and Battery Case. I could have been charged and sent to jail or even pay a hefty sum of money. I starte...d to look online for attorneys, and I called a few offices. I never got a call back for some of them and some of them spoke to me but never called me back after. When I called Attorney William Kickham, he answered the phone himself, much to my surprise. He asked me a couple of questions and got all my information. He said he would look at my case and call me back. After going through this a few times with other attorneys, I was unsure about Bill calling me back, but in 24 hours he called me back and explained the pros and cons of the case and explained what I could expect. He didn’t even talk about the fee. He simply wanted me to have confidence that he could handle the case. He also went above and beyond to make time to drive to my house, sit with me and go over the case. He was patient in listening to me and took his time to answer all my questions. Long story short, he helped me get out of this situation by getting the case dismissed. Do yourself a favor, after reading the reviews here call Bill and speak with him. You will not be sorry, as a matter of fact he may end up saving you from unnecessary expenses.

Let me start by saying Mr. Kickham is the man you want on your side when you are facing tough times. I was involved in a multi-defendant case and so I’m able to compare the level of service I received to the other defendants. After listening to others complain about a multitude of issues with their... representation and specifically about communication with them, it was clear I picked the right guy for the job. Mr. Kickham kept me updated the entire way and was quick to answer any texts, phone calls, emails the same day. He kept me level headed and assured me I would get through this tough time, and was there when I needed him. Mr. Kickham is not the cheapest lawyer you will find, but when you are in a serious predicament, you don’t go with the cheapest, you go with the best. He got me the result I was looking for and for that I thank you Mr. Kickham for being the BEST!

I found myself in a terrible situation by accident and I was facing a felony. I knew I had to retain a lawyer that knew the law inside and out. I did my research and concluded that Mr. Kickham was my best choice to defend me in my case. I called and left a voicemail and within a few short hours I ...received a call back from Mr. Kickham himself. I thought for sure I would be talking to a paralegal before ever talking to an attorney. I dealt with Mr. Kickham directly throughout my entire case. He worked with the office of the DA before I even appeared for my arraignment and got them to agree to drop the felony down to a misdemeanor. He explained to me that he would ask the judge for my case to be continued without finding and that I would agree to pay the fine in front of me. Mr. Kickham further explained that his recommendation would mean there wouldn’t be a conviction in my name. The day of my arraignment he did exactly what was talked about and the DA recommended to the judge that it be dropped from a felony to a misdemeanor plus the fine and Mr. Kickham recommended the No conviction disposition. He told the judge just who I am and what I have done with my life. The judge agreed and accepted Mr. Kickham’s disposition recommendation. Right after the judge made it official he looked at me and said that my attorney did a great job in defending me. I couldn’t agree more! Mr. Kickham took a terrible situation and got it to be cleared up for me with ease. I have been to court before for my previous career but have never been on the wrong side of the law before. In all of the times that I have been to court for work, I have NEVER heard a judge state that someone’s attorney did a great job. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Kickham. If you find yourself in need of an attorney, I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. William D. Kickham.
