I hired Mike to help me with assault and battery charges that I faced for kicking an EMT. The incident transpired after I had called 911 to report an assault that occurred after I left a bar. I did have quite a bit to drink so some of the night was unclear to me. I was ultimately charged with assault...ing an EMT when officers were bringing me to a hospital after I became very upset and confused during the incident.
