He is very good. Represented me in a very difficult employment tax case with the IRS that took almost three years to resolve, and he conducted it brilliantly. His practice is limited to representing clients in administrative proceedings with the IRS and state tax agency (DOR) and being a former I...RS agent himself he knows all the arcane details of how those agencies work. He is also a true gentleman, very conscientious and his charges were surprisingly reasonable. He was worth every penny, really the best.
