Outstanding defense lawyer

Attorney Chambers is exceptional in criminal defense cases, he was straightforward about the possible outcomes and always seemed to be one step ahead in planning the defense strategy. He is extremely professional, and knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile in my case. His proactive communicati...on and ability to handle complex legal scenarios were a significant asset, look no further for a defense attorney, I highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal assistance in Massachusetts.

2nd Amendment

I needed a 2nd Amendment lawyer. My charge was assault with a dangerous weapon. The thing is, I NEVER brandished my weapon. The cops hardly investigated, even though I’m licensed to carry. I called Rich, and he gave me the BEST counsel!!! I did everything he told me to do. Today I had court, and we ...WON!! Case and charges dismissed. Rich is now and will always be my lawyer

Divorce debachal

For the last 2 years I've been dealing with probably the most difficult time in my life, getting divorced amidst chaos and tension that was unnecessary and having guidance from two people who have been practicing law almost as long as I've been alive has been a life saver. Joe and Rich gave me conf...idence that this would go well, which it did. Now that my divorce is over the elephant is off my back and the eggshells aren't stuck in my shoes any longer. Thanks guys! 6 stars

Man of faith and man of the people

Working with Attorney Chambers has been one of the most reassuring and positive experiences I’ve had throughout the entire process of getting my firearm license reinstated. From our very first conversation, it was clear that he’s not only an expert in this field, but also a man of integrity, compassi...on, and deep faith. That’s ultimately what made me choose to hire attorney Chambers. he’s not just an attorney, he’s a man of the people. Attorney Chambers carried himself with confidence that made me feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported. He took the time to walk me through each step of the process, always making sure I knew what was happening and what to expect next. He approached my case with an unmatched level of attention to detail, and a level of professionalism that’s second to none. What stood out the most, however, was his character and patience. He leads with law , values, faith and purpose, which brought me a sense of comfort, sense of trust and reassurance that which reinforced his legal counsel. Sincere and many thanks, to attorney Chambers and his team. With immense gratitude!!

Won Landmark Federal Court Action Under 10 U.S. Code Section 7409 for the Ft. Devens Rifle & Pistol Club, Inc.

In November 2020 U.S. Army Garrison Fort Devens/U.S. Army notified our small non-profit shooting and marksmanship-promoting Club affiliated with both the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) and the NRA, the Ft. Devens Rifle & Pistol Club, Inc., incorporated in 1996, most of whose members are Veteran...s, that in 2021 it would start charging our Club $250 per firing range outing . Those charges violated 10 U.S. Code Section 7409. Despite Club requests both the CMP and the NRA refused to assist our Club. USAG Fort Devens/U.S. Army ignored our Club's January 2021 FOIA request seeking documents related to USAG Fort Devens' actual costs incurred for materials and supplies in providing its firing ranges to our Club. In Summer 2022 our Club hired Atty. Chambers, an Army Veteran himself, to represent our Club in a Boston Federal Court action to vindicate our Club's rights under the 10 U.S. Code section 7409 and the FOIA statute. For our small Club, whose members are mostly retired Veterans, Atty. Chambers graciously reduced, significantly, his usual retainer fee in agreeing to represent us and handle our case. In a hard-fought slugging match against the less-than-honest U.S. Attorney's Office, Boston, representing USAG Fort Devens/U.S. Army, Atty. Chambers and his Law Office team secured a VICTORY for our Club, under 10 U.S. Code Section 7409, on 20 March 2025. U.S. District Court Judge Myong Joun ORDERED that our Club's use rights to firing ranges at USAG Fort Devens be restored FORTHWITH AT NO CHARGE TO OUR CLUB! We are most grateful. Jim Gettens Lawyer, Retired Iraq War Veteran Treasurer, Ft. Devens Rifle & Pistol Club, Inc.
