Exceptional Firearms Attorney

I retained Attorney Jason Guida to represent me in court after my LTC was revoked. Attorney Guida’s performance in court was exceptional. Not only is he a Firearms law expert he was very respectful and easy to work with. I recently received a copy of the court order reinstating my LTC.

Excellent MA Firearms Attorney

I retained Attorney Guida to prepare an initial firearms license application and couldn’t be more satisfied with his services. He thoroughly explained all my options, answered all my legal questions, and broke down the process to obtain my LTC in an easy to understand and step by step manner. With hi...s representation and the LTC application he prepared for me, I was able to obtain my LTC-A without restrictions, in well-under the 40 days that the PD has to issue a license. His fee structure was fair and extremely reasonable and his retainer agreement clearly spelled out his scope of representation. I would definitely entrust him to take care of any further legal matters down the line, should the need arise, and would easily recommend him to my friends and family. The best lawyer for your LTC needs!

After having been denied a LTC based on something on my record from 25 years ago I had no knowledge of since it did not show up on regular background checks, I reached out to Attorney Guida. He heard my story and decided to take my case to eventough it was a long shot for the decision from the Chief ...Of Police to be reversed. Attorney Guida guided me through the entire process from the consultations and all the way through the court proceedings. I'm happy to report the with Attorney Guida's help, I now have my LTC!

Very professional
