Prompt, plainly articulate, illuminating. Immediately demonstrated her mastery of real estate law and then she "went the extra mile" to assist me and ensure the complete settlement of my condominium fee issue. What a pleasure dealing with this outstanding attorney.

We hired Jen to help us during the sale of our home in MA while we prepared for an out of state move. Jen did an exceptional job working with us and was able to efficiently and expertly provide guidance in preparing our sale and closing documents. Due to timing constraints we were not able to attend our closing in person, but were again able to turn to Jen who was able to quickly and affordably assemble a power of attorney and attend the closing in our place; after we had moved out of state. Having confidence in her abilities to look after our interests while selling our home, definitely made a huge difference during a very stressful period.

Attorney DiCarlo has been an incredible resource for me as I have been building my own practice in Landlord Tenant law. She has offered numerous insights into the application of MA laws to the sometimes complex factual issues that can arise in the landlord tenant relationship and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of assistance navigating these types of issues.
