I was recommended to Lillian by my advocate, whom I had hired to fight the District for failure to provide services for my daughter who is currently a senior in high school. Lillian came highly recommended by my advocate who had recommended many others to Lillian, saying that she was: "very intelligent, and has never lost a case in all the years I have referred people to her."
Lillian from the start tried to understand and accommodate my unique situation. She was not only intelligent, but very strategic in how she chose to handle the situation. In addition to this, Lillian is very personable, and also responds in a very timely way.
We ended up settling out of court, but Lillian went above and beyond what any lawyer would be expected to do --- even at personal sacrifice and cost to herself. Though she had never met my daughter, she had deep compassion for her situation, and cared a great deal about the outcome.
If you are trying to decide on a lawyer, I can say personally and confidently that your search can end with Lillian. Her care --- not only as a lawyer, but as a person --- will have value to my daughter on multiple levels for the rest of her life. Words are inadequate to express my thankfulness for Lillian's magnanimity and generosity to our family. Any of her future clients will be both fortunate and exceedingly blessed in their association with Lillian.

When we realized that we needed an attorney to get involved in our son's education plan, I spoke to a few different lawyers and after talking to Lillian, I knew we wanted to work with her.
From the beginning, she listened to our input and was thorough in her review of the facts of the case.
Throughout the process at each decision point, Lillian explained the steps involved, our options, associated costs and probable outcomes along with her recommendation.
Working with Lillian we were able to achieve an outplacement for our son, in what was described as a complex case.
We highly recommend her.

Lillian successfully helped us achieve out of district placement for our child through her knowledge of Special Education law and our district. Very thorough and responsive.
