Most likely she would not be called to court. She may receive a letter stating that she need to pay a fine. This would not be criminal, even if she does not pay it. I would recommend waiting to see what happens and then call an attorney.See question

I would write a letter to your doctors office. In the letter you can inform them you do not want any of your information disclosed to third parties. However, if you use any type of insurance , the insurance company would require the information in order to pay for the bills. Also, if the doctors office were to receive a subpoena, they could be required to turn over the records.See question

If your ex has a current attorney, send to that attorney and the court. Plus be careful with going pro-se, it could cost you a lot more than you might save.
