  • Richard A. Mestone

I can personally attest to Attorney Burnett’s professional and personal work ethic. Attorney Burnett is an independent, self-directed attorney who is able to communicate effectively with the Court, opposing counsel, and his clients. There is no matter that is too challenging and he tackles even the most demanding challenges with a precise, knowledgeable and direct approach. I have worked with Attorney Burnett on a number of cases involving both bankruptcy and litigation. He is very knowledgeable about bankruptcy laws and has zealously litigated on behalf of clients in both Federal and District Courts. He is very dedicated to his clients and is always prepared. His philosophy is that you can never be too prepared.
