Good guy, told me to save my money
I did an initial free consult with this attorney and was looking at bankruptcy. After I retained him he went through all of my financials and told me that I could avoid it due to some liens being expired and certain credit debts being past the statues on limitation. He suggested a plan to deal with the remaining debts that I followed. Overall I saved money and only paid him for the work he did so I'll call him again if I ever need a lawyer.

Made Bankruptcy painless
My case had many issues due to a divorce and loss of a job, but Attorney Weicker was able to help me keep my house, pay back my 1st mortgage arrears and discharge a predatory second mortgage. Myself and my children got to stay in our home while I got back up on my feet, and I am now in a better position to care for my family.

Too bad they don't have a negative star!
My realtor recommended him to my son when he purchased his house and then to me. My son wasn't happy with Mr. Weicker's service but I trusted my realtor more than him. BIG mistake. Reading past reviews, Mr. Weicker was a good lawyer but now?? MY experience with him was terrible. Very unprofessional, incompetent, terrible to respond to emails/phone calls, one mistake after another. He supposedly have an "office assistant" but she has not phone so you cannot call her either. BOTH my loan processor and the underwriter told me that they had never ever dealt with somebody like him. Last minute for everything and clearly there was a last minute screwup! I am out of state and he made me sign, notarize, and FedEx a preliminary CD without even looking at what was in it. Cost me extra to FedEx CD twice, to get the signature notarized twice, to make 2 wire transfers and pay twice the wire fees because of the wrong amount. Took one month to get the closing documents. AND the date on the deed was wrong. TERRIBLE experience. He shouldn't practice law.
