Barbra I. Black has been practicing law for over twenty-three years and is a founding member and the managing partner of Black, Vitelli & Pennock, LLC. Attorney Black was a former partner at Burns & Levinson, LLP, where she practiced for over eight years in the firm’s Divorce and Family Law group. Prior to that, she was a solo practitioner for several years, concentrating her practice in domestic relations and criminal defense. As a solo practitioner, Attorney Black represented the defendant in Commonwealth vs. Sands, 424 Mass. 184, which resulted in new Massachusetts case law.
