Attorney Jake Anthony Sambito was born and raised in Massachusetts, is a proud father of one, and raises his family here in the Commonwealth. He earned his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Fitchburg State University, graduating with a degree in communications and political science. During college, he had the distinct privilege of being chosen to work for Massachusetts Governor, Deval Patrick, at the Massachusetts State House in Boston.
Following college, Attorney Sambito went on to earn his Juris Doctor from The Massachusetts School of Law. While attending law school, Attorney Sambito worked as a law clerk for a well-known and prestigious law firm outside of Boston specializing in wrongful death, elder abuse, and medical malpractice against large and complex corporate entities, gaining valuable experience in complex litigation. Additionally, while attending law school, Attorney Sambito was part of the nationally acclaimed Thurgood Marshal Mock Trial Competition in 2018, where his team placed second (2nd) in the Regional Finals and fourth (4th) overall in the National Finals out of one-hundred-and-nine (109) teams. Throughout this experience, he gained valuable experience in litigating cases.
Upon graduation from law school Attorney Sambito passed the Massachusetts bar examination immediately out of law school and was hired as an associate attorney at a well-known Boston law firm specializing in business litigation, employment law, and transactional law. Throughout this experience Attorney Sambito further honed his advocacy skills and effectuated positive results for his clients.

Attorney Sambito is licensed to practice in all State Courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is a proud member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, the Worcester Bar Association, the Middlesex Bar Association, and the Justinian Law Society of Massachusetts.
