When I contacted David Crossley about my possible Bankruptcy case he immediately setup an appointment to meet me on a Saturday at my house. He explained the process to me and was very sympathetic to my situation. I hired him and he did a great job handling my case. It is now 3 years later and all my Chapter 13 obligations are satisfied thanks to David. I would recommend David to anyone seeking help in this area.

Unlike many attorneys who give the profession a bad name, David Crossley is both a consummate professional and a wonderful human being. He is honest, knowledgeable, organized, and committed to doing his best for you. He knows bankruptcy law and the local players so very well. He will explain what is going on and decisions you need to make in simple language that almost anyone can understand. You will never feel as if he is taking advantage of you which is a common perception people have of their attorneys. At every step of the way, he let me know what was up next and what it might cost me. If you have a bankruptcy case for which you need a lawyer, I recommend that you hire David Crossley, and I come from a family of lawyers.

As a company that routinely loans out high-end equipment to new and existing restaurants, we are aware of the high frequency of failing restaurants and continuous turnover in the food industry. Retrieving our machines from these businesses can be extremely difficult, both logistically and emotionally. We recently went through this process with a company and were fortunate enough to have the assistance of David Crossley of Avvo. He helped liaison the transfer of equipment and was extremely efficient and helpful in all of our communications. David helped alleviate the stress and efforts for both sides involved, and was nothing short of professional in our interactions. Espresso Plus highly recommends David Crossley for matters such as this, and look forward to our future dealings with him.
