After meeting with several attorneys and a mediator, I was convinced the divorce process was going to be one in which I was just a number shuffled along through the legal process. Dave has been one of my family's attorney's for the last 2 years now. We've unfortunately needed reoccurring representation for a child custody matter involving my brother and the mother of his child. My brother had split from the mother of his child after several years of physical and mental abuse,... and despite the overwhelming evidence, it was an uphill battle for him since day one to obtain primary care and custody of his daughter.
