James Ramsey represented me in a complex Worker Comp. case. Mr. Ramsey is intelegent, moral, respectful, and a very good litigator. He is knowledgeable in medical conditions, surgeries, and the overall insurance system. I would recommend James Ramsey anyone. We won everything we asked for and he made me feel safe and he gave me a voice in a sometimes confusing set of situations.

I reached out to Attorney Ramsey for help with a worker's Compensation issue. He responded promptly and met with me that day. He patiently listened while I outlined my issues. He thoroughly informed me of my rights and responsibilities. After taking my case he kept me informed of the process with each step. He advocated on my behalf with the other party to obtain appropriate and timely medical care. He remained available to me, and promptly responded to any questions or concerns that I had.
Attorney Ramsey's diligence and patience allowed us to come to a fair settlement agreement with the other party. I highly recommend Attorney Ramsey.

My husband was injured at work 4 yrs ago. We had never had the need to consult with an attorney in this capacity. I was a Real Estate Broker in NY for 15 years and worked along side of many attorneys. You develop an understanding of personalities and work ethics of individuals in this capacity. It was suggested by many that we consult a Workers Comp attorney for his injury that was not improving. Jim was high on the list of attorneys suggested to us. When I initially called him to schedule an appointment to consult, he called back within a day and learned he was on vacation with his family. I found that odd, but learned thru the 4 years that this is Jim, extremely caring and professional. Throughout this period, he has always explained each step of the process. I have never had to wait more than 24 hrs. for a return call or text. When we appeared in court one day, we learned the insurance attorney had an associate fill in for him. This attorney commented to us that Jim was extremely thorough and organized and it didn't take him long to go through the files with a complete understanding of the case. It's hard to explain that Jim really cares about his clients in every way. Jim takes my husband to lunch when he knows he needs to be encouraged. He even encourages me through emails. We have never been disappointed with any aspect of having Jim represent my husband. His is intelligent, informed, organized, professional and an all around good guy. We truly have never met an attorney of his caliber. I would recommend Jim to anyone who has the need for Workers Comp.
