My son is the out of state freshmen that is not under the watchful eye of his (retired) Marine Stepfather & (football) Coach and his mom (track & field coach) of course earning a scholarship and going to school out of state, something is bound to happen. This situation is not a typical college story. My son was persuaded to purchase a BB Gun (from Walmart) with other college students to hunt with. What seem to be a no-brainer for us responsible adults, was not so for our son. The gun was brought back to the campus, started being passed around and played with by other students and eventually ended up in the wrong hands. Thankfully no one was hurt, the BB Gun was never discharged, pointed at any one etc, The point was it should not have been there. Needless to say, My son was let off with an suspension and could return to school, the other kids involved has been expelled and can not return. However he ended up with a charge of carrying a weapon, and needed legal representation.
I met Mr. Casale through a Google search. After reviewing other clients review I decided to have him represent my son (in college) Mr. Casale is the type of experienced professional that will educate you, not only with the upcoming process and procedures but also how incidents like my son had (carrying a weapon - BB Gun) can affect his future. Mr. Casale spent at least 45mins to an hour with me over the phone advising me of the charges, fees, due processes etc. I felt very comfortable choosing him as the attorney that will be representing my son. Himself as well as his staff was so understanding and patient with our unique situation ( being out of state and not having the funds readily available) Mr. Casale walked us trough this difficult time and made me comfortable with all the questions and uncertainty I had as a mother. This experience (although mind recking) has been one I (and my son) will never forget.
I would advise anyone whose seeking an attorney with experience, professionalism and understanding Mr. Casale is your guy.

Recently my 19 year old son found himself in trouble with the and we needed a lawyer to represent him and guide us through the legal process.
I searched Google for an Attorney in the central mass area and came across Attorney Casale's page. After consulting on the phone, I felt very comfortable with Attorney Casale representing my son.
His legal assistant George was a pleasure to work with and very thorough.
Attorney Casale was great in court and managed to clear all charges and more importantly, my son's name. I hope to NEVER hire him again.. but if I did - I would hire in a heartbeat !
