I was facing a DUI and my case tricky. I hadn't been driving, but being in the driver seat with the car turned on was enough to be charged with a DUI. I didn't know the law and I wasn't sure what to do. I gave Attorney Salerno a call and within 5 minutes knew that I was in good hands and had hired the right person. He was calm, he knew the law and he explained in detail what the next 6 months would look like. Over those 6 months Attorney Salerno walked me through our case, answered all of my emails and returned every phone call. He was professional, courteous and very patient. This past November my son was falsely accused of assaulting his ex girlfriend and was arrested. I had received Attorney Anthony Salerno's name as one of the best lawyers out there. I made a call to his office at 5:30 am and left a message. To my surprise I received a call back from Attorney Salerno a...t 6:00am in the morning advising me how to handle my son's arraignment that morning and was given an appointment that afternoon to discuss the case. We met that afternoon after my son was released. Attorney Salerno listened to my son and gave his advice and advised how everything would proceed. After he was done explaining everything that would go on he also explained to my son that he would be eligible for a court appointed attorney and he is free to obtain one if he chooses. He was up front and explained how everything was going to work. This was the first time something like this happened to our family and if we had questions (in which I had tons and he was probably sick of me) he took the time to answer them...he did, not his secretary, him personally. He assisted my son with the restraining order which was against him as well as the assault charges and won both cases. I hope that I will never need the assistance of Attorney Salerno again but if I ever do he would be the Attorney I would call if that time did come again.
