Wlaking into his office and making you feel at home, Mr. Rafferty is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met, unlike other lawyers who seem to walk on a know-it -all cloud, Mr. Rafferty does know it all but is modest at the same time, and the end result is exactly what is deserved.
