Before I was an attorney, I taught political science and economics for 17 years. Though these areas are very different from practicing law, I did learn how to speak to people, especially a group of people, and I certainly know how to research an write. The skills I got from lecturing do help me as an attorney, whether it is in court or writing an appellate brief.
I have an office in Worcester, MA, but do a lot of legal work in other parts of the state. My web site is www.mgeracelaw.com.
