We hired Michael DellaMonaca in 2010 to set up our family trust after attending one of his seminars on Estate Planning. His advice has always been spot on. He has helped us with legal matters on numerous occasions, always quickly and very efficiently. He recently help my husband with a business buyout. Whenever the need arises for legal advice, our first though is "Call Michael".

Michael prepared the paperwork so I could sell my business, met with us at a very convenient time to us and sealed the deal. Very affordable to work with this attorney!

I didn't have a lawyer or know who to go to for Wills and Estate Planning. My program through work had a few lawyers in my area and Michael's office was one of them. I read a few reviews online and he had positive reviews so we chose him. My wife and I are extremely pleased that we did and he did such a good job, we then went back to him a few months later for some real estate sales as well!!! They do a great job of sitting with you and explaining what is needed and working with you to understand it. They keep you informed and meet the deadlines, I would recommend them to anyone and we would use them again in the future!!!

I used this attorney to probate my mother's estate. He did a wonderful job and he was very informative when questions needed to be answered. He was very helpful in guiding me in the necessary procedures to sell her real estate. I would highly recommend Michael .

A pleasure to deal with, I needed a lawyer STAT. I started to message Michael late into a Monday night. Not only did Michael respond within a few seconds, we ironed out what I needed, the time frame, and the end result expected. Other parties that had to be involved sent him a number of items that had to be dealt with that same night, hours later. Michael took the time to acknowledge those people, respond to them and let all involved he would do the tast in a more than timey fashion, although he was already completely booked up with appointments and other law related tasks. When I finalized some of the details of the transaction this morning, he was quick to say he would get it done before the time frame we had spoken of. Exact and professional, Michael is top notch. A must use for further issues in the future.

Michael is an excellent lawyer who works diligently to meet the needs of his clients. My wife and I hired Michael to assist with preparing a will and creating a trust. Along the way he was extremely informative and helpful while guiding us through the process. Following that interaction, I hired Michael to assist with my grandparents' estate, which I'm the executor for. We ran into more than our fair share of tricky issues around title to the home they left behind and Michael was there for us at every turn, jumping in at a moments notice. established a living trust four years ago and my wife and i went in for update. he spoke plainly, simply and right to the point. had several other questions that he answered. not a fan of lawyers but he deals with you like a friend rather than a lawyer.

After moving my mother from another state into a nursing home in Massachusetts, we quickly entered into a downhill battle with Mass Health. We had previously transferred assets (without any profit or investment) within the 5 year look-back period and were facing automatic denials for benefits. No one would listen to reason of the situation nor consider the law detailing the conditions for a hardship waiver. Not until Mr. DellaMonaca took our case. Mr. DellaMonaca knew the inner-workings of the Mass Health process and advised us on how to prepare and proceed through a no-win, but obligatory first round of appeal. During the next step, he assembled a bullet-proof portfolio highlighting the conditions to address a hardship waiver. We stressed to Mass Health from day one that my mother met all the conditions, but without Mr. DellaMonaca, no one would listen, nor would they process a waiver application. All they were focused on was the rule against the transfer of assets. Mr. DellaMonaca's staff was well-versed in the procedures to process said waiver and walked us through the steps to assemble a comprehensive support package. I had discussed our situation with several other lawyers previously - none of whom would take our case because the statistics against Mass Health showed to be too difficult. Mr. DellaMonaca was honest from the beginning - advising the process would be difficult, and the outcome may not be ideal; however, he offered his willingness to fight the system based upon what was written in the law, and he was willing to continue to appeal as far as necessary. Because of his determination and attention to detail, we won! My mother was approved for nursing home benefits as well as standard Mass Health benefits. We weren't sure how we were going to pay out of pocket for the nursing home (which she required), nevermind all the costly medical bills that continually arrived due to her medical condition. I was even facing a personal suit from a law-firm representing the nursing home. Mr. DellaMonaca quickly acted against the notice, sparing us time while we fought the case. I can't say enough how much we appreciate Mr. DellaMonaca and his staff. They were personable and attentive from day one. He is definitely a top-notch attorney. I hope I don't require his services again anytime soon, but I definitely recommend him without hesitation.

As my wife and I approached retirement and the "Golden Years," we realized, especially after attending one of Michael's free seminars on the subject, that we should aggressively address our needs for "the future." And it turned out to be an excellent investment in time and money. After several years, we still call for advice and talk about where things are headed. The future is never static, but rather very fluid and dynamic. We are confident that we are now well positioned for the future and what it holds for us.
